摘要
本文分析了劳动经济学实验室实验研究方法的优势和科学性,介绍了在实验室研究劳动经济问题的实验设计原则和注意事项,并结合经典理论模型和具体研究案例,系统梳理了薪酬激励、社会偏好与互惠、团队竞争与合作互动、雇佣关系和最低工资制度以及劳动力市场歧视等具体研究领域的实验文献。本文还结合我国文化、企业制度和劳动力市场结构等背景,为劳动经济学实验室实验研究方法在我国的应用提供了三个方面的研究思路和展望。
This paper introduces the method of laboratory experiment in studying labor economics.It analyzes the advantages of this approach as well as the principles of experimental design and those aspects that deserve special attention.It also reviews the experimental literature in specific research fields,such as wage incentive and social preference.The method of laboratorial experiment is still in its initial phase of popularity in China.This paper provides three ways to conduct research and three prospects for the application of this method in China.
