摘要
近年来中药的安全性越来越引起人们的重视,而药物是否会引起肝损伤是药物安全性研究的重点,对中药的开发及使用具有重要意义。免疫组织化学法可对抗原进行定位、定性及定量研究,在药物肝毒性的研究中起到不可忽视的作用。通过查阅历年来有关中药引起肝毒性的报道及其发生机制,总结归纳了免疫组织化学法在中药肝毒性研究中的应用,为免疫组织化学法在中药安全性评价中的应用提供参考。
In recent years,the safety of traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention.Whether drugs can cause liver injury is the focus of drug safety research,it is of great significance to the development and use of traditional Chinese medicine.Immunohistochemical method can be used to localize,qualitatively and quantitatively study the antigen,and plays an important role in the study of drug hepatotoxicity.Through reviewing the reports on hepatotoxicity caused by traditional Chinese medicine and its mechanism in the past years,this paper summarizes the application of immunohistochemistry in the study of hepatotoxicity of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a reference for the application of immunohistochemistry in the safety evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
