摘要 随着高速铁路及城市轨道交通建设日益完善,城际/市域铁路迎来了快速发展与建设阶段。针对现行规范中该领域的限界标准存在要求不一致、工况不全、实用性不强的情况,考虑CRH6型动车组及市域D型车的普遍应用与发展前景,结合车型特点选择更具包络性的CRH6型动车组为研究对象,应用动力学仿真软件建立动力学仿真模型,计算出不同侧风工况下,车体不同位置的最大偏移量;并根据计算结果,结合现行规范要求,研究确定了适用于CRH6型动车组和市域D型车的直线地段建筑限界。其中,地面及高架地段站台和站台门建筑限界相比于《城际铁路设计规范》分别缩小了70,120 mm,在满足车辆运行安全的前提下,对旅客防夹、防坠落可起到至关重要的作用。另外,针对有无缓和曲线及超高的铁路曲线,研究归纳出包含区间、车站和道岔区等各种工况且实用性较强的建筑限界加宽量计算公式及示意图。 With the increasing improvement of the high-speed railway and urban rail transit construction,the intercity/municipal railway has ushered in a stage of rapid development and construction.In view of the inconsistent requirements,imperfect working conditions as well as the poor practicability of the boundary limit standards in this field in the current specifications,considering the general application and development prospect of CRH6 EMUS and municipal D-type vehicle,and also combined with the characteristics of vehicle models,the paper focuses on the more enveloping CRH6 EMU as the research object.The dynamics simulation model is established by using professional dynamics simulation software to calculate the maximum offset of the vehicle body in different crosswind positions under different working conditions.And according to the calculation results and the requirements of current specification,the building boundary of the straight line section suitable for CRH6 EMUS and municipal D-type vehicles is determined.Compared with The Code for Design of Intercity Railway,the building limits of the platform and platform door in ground and elevated sections are reduced by 70 mm and 120 mm respectively,which plays a vital role in preventing passengers from falling and clamping on the premise of satisfying the safety of vehicle operation.In addition,for railways with or without transition curve and railways with ultra high curve,the calculation formula and the schematic diagram of building boundary widening are also studied and summarized under various working conditions,including section,interval station and turnout area.
