The current security situation in China is becoming more and more complicated,and the dilemma faced by public security authorities in the punishment of public security detention has,to a certain extent,intensified the risk of social security order being disrupted.Through a horizontal comparison between public security detention punishment and other types of punishment that restrict personal freedom,and a vertical in-depth analysis of the dilemma and causes of public security detention punishment in China,we aim to create an environment with appropriate punishment,sufficient police force,adequate supervision,good social conditions,and smooth articulation through a precise gradient of public security punishment discretion,optimal deployment of police force at the grassroots level,innovative decision making supervision mode,proper guidance of police related network public opinion,and perfect detention punishment articulation system,The police have also been working to create a public security law enforcement environment with appropriate punishment,sufficient police force,adequate supervision,good social conditions,and smooth interface.
