公安特警是公安机关的一个特殊警种,其具体职责主要以承担反恐、防暴和处置突发事件等8项具体特殊任务,因其工作职责的特殊性,决定了特警队员必须具备比普通警察更好的身体素质。结合特警的实际工作,通过对影响特警身体素质练习的关键要素进行探究,针对影响关键要素的问题,提出具体的解决方案和实施路径。

Public security special police is a special type of police in public security organs,and its specific duties are mainly based on undertaking eight specific special tasks such as anti-terrorism,riot control and handling emergencies,etc.Because of the special nature of their work duties,it is decided that special police members must have better physical quality than ordinary police officers.Combined with the actual work of special police,by exploring the key elements affecting the physical quality practice of special police,specific solutions and implementation paths are proposed for the problems affecting the key elements.
