摘要
法律文书写作课程具有较强的综合性与实践性,在支撑法学专业培养目标,帮助学生提升整合法学知识、解决复杂实务问题等法律职业能力方面起着非常重要的作用。现实中教师与学生对该课程存在认识不到位、课程教学内容固化、教学模式与方法不适应社会需求、考核方式方法不到位等问题。为解决这些问题,引入以能力为本位的CBE职业教育理念,对该课程以法律岗位要求设计课程目标,以能力为导向构建模块化、项目化的教学内容,实行“三段六环节”任务驱动教学模式,建立起多元化、过程化、能力化的考核体系等改革。
The course of legal document writing has a strong comprehensive and practical nature,and plays a very important role in supporting the training objectives of law majors and helping students to improve their legal professional ability of integrating legal knowledge and solving complex practical problems.In reality,teachers and students do not have a good understanding of the course,the course teaching content is solidified,the teaching mode and method do not meet the needs of society,and the assessment methods are not in place.In order to solve these problems,we introduce the CBE vocational education concept based on competence,design the course objectives based on the requirements of legal positions,build modularized and project-oriented teaching contents,implement the"three segments and six links"task-driven teaching mode,and establish a diversified,process-oriented and competence-based assessment system and other reforms.The course has been reformed by implementing the"three-stage and six-stage"task-driven teaching model,establishing a diversified,process-oriented and competence-based assessment system.
