垫上普拉提核心肌力训练改善脑卒中患者运动功能的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察垫上普拉提核心肌力训练对脑卒中患者运动功能的改善效果。方法 将符合纳入标准的43例脑卒中患者随机分为2组,对照组20例,观察组23例。2组患者均进行常规宣教及康复运动训练,观察组患者同时辅以普拉提核心肌力训练,分别于治疗前、治疗4周后采用Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能量表(FMA-L)、Tecnobody平衡测试仪、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、起立-行走计时测试(TUGT)对2组患者运动功能进行评估。结果 治疗前2组患者运动功能各指标组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过4周康复训练,2组患者运动功能较治疗前有所提高(P<0.05),同时观察组患者运动能力明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 垫上普拉提核心肌力训练结合常规康复训练对脑卒中患者运动功能的改善较为明显。 Objective To observe the effect of Pilates core muscle strength training on motor function improvement in stroke patients.Methods Forty-three stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=23).Patients in both groups were given routine rehabilitation training,and patients in observation group were given Pilates core muscle strength training on this basis.The Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower extremity(FMA-L)was used before and 4weeks after treatment.FMA-L,tecnobody balance tester,Berg balance scale(BBS)and timed up and go test(TUGT)were used to evaluate the motor function of patients in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in motor function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the motor function of patients in both groups was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05).The motor function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pilates core muscle strength training combined with conventional rehabilitation training can significantly improve the motor function of stroke patients.
