某三甲医院ICU护理人员科研能力与职业认同的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Scientific Research Ability and Professional Identity of ICU Nurses in A Third Grade A Hospital

目的对某三甲医院ICU护理人员的科研能力与职业认同现状进行调查,分析其相关性,提出针对性策略,为提高护士科研能力、提升护士职业认同感、提高护理质量提供借鉴。方法采用ICU护理人员科研能力自评量表与中文版护士职业认同量表,对64名ICU护理人员进行调查。结果ICU护理人员科研能力自评得分总分为(50.59±24.45)分,职业认同评价量表总分为(114.20±15.72)分。护理科研能力与职业认同呈正相关。结论ICU护理人员的科研能力与职业认同呈正相关,ICU护理人员提高科研能力的愿望迫切。管理者应加强ICU护理人员科研能力的培养,进一步提高其专业认同度。

Objective To investigate the status quo of scientific research ability and professional identity of ICU nurses in a tertiary level hospital,analyze their correlation,and propose targeted strategies,so as to provide reference for improving nurses’scientific research ability,enhancing nurses’professional identity,and improving nursing quality.Methods A total of 64 ICU nurses were investigated with the self rating scale for scientific research ability and the Chinese version of nurse professional identity scale.Results The total score of the self-evaluation of ICU nurses’scientific research ability was(50.59±24.45)points,and the total score of the professional identity evaluation scale was(114.20±15.72)points.There was a positive correlation between nursing research ability and professional identity.Conclusion The scientific research ability of ICU nurses is positively related to their professional identity,and the desire of ICU nurses to improve their scientific research ability is urgent.Managers should strengthen the cultivation of scientific research ability of ICU nurses and further improve their professional identity.
