四联疗法联合替普瑞酮对幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的疗效探析

Therapeutic Effect of Quadruple Therapy Combined With Teprenone on Helicobacter Pylori Positive Gastric Ulcer

目的研究与分析四联疗法联合替普瑞酮对幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素-17的变化影响。方法选取福建医科大学附属南平第一医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的200例幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者,采取随机分组法将其划分为对照组(常规四联疗法,100例)、观察组(四联疗法联合替普瑞酮治疗,100例),研究分析其临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率、治疗后血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ、胃泌素-17指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后胃黏膜形态学黏膜厚度、炎性细胞浸入程度、黏膜形态及腺体密度指标评分、血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ、糖类抗原724指标、不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四联疗法联合替普瑞酮对幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者临床疗效显著,能够改善血清胃蛋白酶原、胃泌素-17等相关指标,提升临床治疗总有效率,且不良反应发生率较低,具备较高的治疗安全性与有效性,值得推荐。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of quadruple therapy combined with teprenone on the changes of serum pepsinogen and gastrin-17 in helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 200 patients with helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer who were admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group(100 cases of conventional quadruple therapy)and observation group(100 cases of quadruple therapy combined with teprenone therapy)to study and analyze their clinical effects.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment and serum pepsinogenⅠand gastrin-17 indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the morphology and thickness of gastric mucosa,the degree of infiltration of inflammatory cells,the score of mucosal morphology and gland density,the serum pepsinogenⅡ,carbohydrate antigen 724 index,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of quadruple therapy and teprenone has a significant clinical effect on patients with helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer.It can improve the serum pepsinogen,gastrin-17 and other related indicators,and improve the total clinical treatment efficiency.The incidence of adverse reactions is low.It has high treatment safety and effectiveness,and is worth recommending.
