小儿咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化对哮喘伴肺部感染患儿临床症状及炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究小儿咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化治疗哮喘伴肺部感染患儿效果及对临床症状与炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2022年7月于江西省儿童医院确诊并接受治疗的哮喘伴肺部感染患儿86例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例,两组均接受气道管理、退热、吸氧及抗感染等常规治疗,对照组给予布地奈德雾化,观察组给予小儿咳喘颗粒与布地奈德雾化联合治疗,观察比较两组治疗后临床效果、各项症状改善时间及炎症因子差异。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿咳嗽、肺部湿啰音改善时间均早于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前炎症因子水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1周后两组炎症因子水平较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿咳喘颗粒联合布地奈德雾化治疗可有效改善哮喘伴肺部感染患儿的临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,较单纯西医疗效更好。 Objective:To study the effect of Xiao'er Kechuan Keli combined with Budesonide nebulization in the treatment of children with asthma and pulmonary infection,and the influence on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor levels.Method:A total of 86 children with asthma and pulmonary infection who were diagnosed and treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from December 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method with 43 children in each group.Both groups received conventional treatments such as airway management,antipyretic treatment,oxygen inhalation and anti-infection treatment.The control group was treated with Budesonide nebulization,while the observation group was treated with Xiao'er Kechuan Keli combined with Budesonide nebulization.The clinical effect,improvement time of symptoms and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effect rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of cough and pulmonary moist crackles in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum C reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiao'er Kechuan Keli combined with Budesonide nebulization can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children with asthma and pulmonary infection.It is more effective than western medicine alone.
