穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Progesterone in Patients with Early Threatened Abortion of Kidney Deficiency Type

目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗肾虚型早期先兆流产(TA)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年5月高安市中医院收治的共计84例肾虚型早期TA患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(n=42)与对照组(n=42),对照组采用黄体酮注射液治疗,研究组采用穴位贴敷联合黄体酮注射液治疗,均治疗2周。对两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、性激素水平及妊娠结局进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率(95.24%)较对照组(80.95%)高(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症候积分均降低(P<0.05),研究组积分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后两组雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平均升高(P<0.05),研究组水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率(11.90%)较对照组(30.95%)低(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合黄体酮注射液应用于肾虚型早期TA患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效,改善临床症状、性激素水平及妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with Progesterone in patients with early threatened abortion(TA)of kidney deficiency type.Method:A total of 84 patients with early TA of kidney deficiency type from January 2021 to May 2022 who were admitted in Gao'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and divided into the study group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Progesterone Injection,and the study group was treated with acupoint application combined with Progesterone Injection.All patients were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,sex hormone level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group(95.24%)was higher than that(80.95%)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)levels in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels in the study group were higher those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group(11.90%)was lower than that(30.95%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of early TA patients with kidney deficiency type can improve the clinical efficacy,and improve clinical symptoms,the levels of body sex hormones and pregnancy outcomes.
