认知行为护理干预对慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Intervention on Anxiety,Depression and Quality of Life in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨认知行为护理干预在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的效果,分析其对患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2021年5月-2022年5月广州医科大学附属中医医院血透室收治的86例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组联合认知行为护理干预,两组均完成3个月护理。比较两组焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量、依从性及满意度。结果:干预3个月,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,总体健康、角色功能、社会交往、精神状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预3个月按时透析、定期检查、康复锻炼依从率和随访方式、护理服务与护理效果满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为护理干预用于慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中,能缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,能获得较高的满意度、依从性,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure,and analyze its influence on negative emotions and quality of life of patients.Method:A total of 86 hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure in the Hemodialysis Room of the Affiliated TCM of Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was combined with cognitive behavioral nursing intervention,both groups completed 3 months of nursing care.The anxiety and depression,quality of life,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After 3 months of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of overall health,role function,social interaction and mental state were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,compliance rates of dialysis on time,regular examination and rehabilitation exercise,satisfaction of follow-up method,nursing service and nursing effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure can alleviate the bad mood of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and obtain higher satisfaction and compliance,which is worth popularizing.
