基于近红外光谱结合化学计量学的党参细粉质量控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 运用近红外漫反射技术结合化学计量学,建立党参中药材细粉的合格性测试模型,快速无损的对党参细粉质量进行有效的控制。方法 应用近红外积分球漫反射方式,结合化学计量学,对党参细粉及其伪品等的近红外原始光谱,经一阶导数加矢量归一化预处理后,通过合格性测试方法建立党参细粉的质量判别模型。结果 通过党参细粉合格性测试模型的建立与验证,能够对党参细粉及其伪品、混伪品、劣质品等进行快速识别,识别率100.0%。结论 所建立的模型能够对难以从外观进行判别的党参细粉的质量控制,提供一种新的参考方法。 OBJECTIVE Using near-infrared diffuse reflection technology combined with chemometrics,the qualification test model was established to effectively control the quality for fine powder of Codonopsis Radix quickly and environmental friendly.METHODS Using the near-infrared integrating sphere diffuse reflection method,combined with chemometrics,the near infrared original spectra of Codonopsis Radix fine powder were pre-processed by first-order derivative+SNV and followed by qualification test model treatment.RESULTS Perfect classification rate with 100.0%was obtained for the first-order derivative+SNV fingerprint information of the NIRDRS based on qualification test model.CONCLUSION Qualification test model can as a simple,rapid,accurate and green method extract otherness of first-order derivative+SNV fingerprint information to distinguish the quality of Codonopsis Radix fine powder.
