基于BCMA系统在医共体药品核对的开发与应用

Development and Application of BCMA System in Drug Verification of Medical Community

目的 通过在医共体药房中推行药品条形码系统(BCMA),有效降低调剂差错率,保障患者用药安全。方法 利用标准化和分级化的方法改进基层药师调剂药品模式,并对BCMA系统运行前后的效果进行分析。结果 在应用BCMA系统后,药品调剂差错率从0.167%下降至0.030%。单张处方调剂时间最多增加1.6s,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 BCMA系统具有唯一性,全面性和经济性,利用信息共享,实现了医共体内优质资源的互联互通,是未来医共体药学的发展趋势。

OBJECTIVE In order to effectively reduce the error rate of drug dispensing and ensure the safety of patients′medication,Bar Coded Medication Administration(BCMA)was implemented in the pharmacy of medical community.METHODS The drug dispensing mode of primary pharmacists was improved by using standardized and graded methods,and the effects of BCMA system before and after operation were analyzed.RESULTS After BCMA system was applied,the drug dispensing error rate decreased from 0.167%to 0.030%.The dispensing time of a single prescription increased by 1.6s,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION BCMA is unique,comprehensive and economical.It realized the interconnection and intercommunication of high-quality resources in the medical community through information sharing,which is the future development trend of medical community pharmacy.
