对药品说明书存在问题的探究

药品说明书存在的问题不仅仅使临床医务人员和患者疑惑,也对药学信息工作的开展带来了不便。笔者通过随机收集某医院药房的药品说明书进行内容考察,并将国内外制药企业药品说明书进行比较。分析阐述了药品说明书中存在基本项目缺失、内容不完整的问题并提出改进的建议。规范药品说明书的书写是确保病人安全、有效、合理用药的重要保障。

The problems in drug instructions not only confused clinical medical staff and patients,but also brought inconvenience to the development of pharmaceutical information work.The author randomly collected the drug instructions of a hospital pharmacy for content inspection,and compared the drug instructions of domestic and fo-reign pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper analyzes and expounds the problems of missing basic items and incomplete contents in drug instructions,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Standardizing the writing of drug instructions is an important guarantee to ensure the safety,effectiveness and rational drug use of patients.
