The Pathogenesis of Sjogren′s Syndrome-Interstitial Lung Disease on the Foundation of "Body Fluid and Blood Sharing the Same Origin" Theory

从津液和血液的来源认识“津血同源”理论,探讨该理论与干燥综合征合并肺间质病变(sjogren’s syndrome-interstitial lung disease,SS-ILD)SS-ILD的关系,认为津亏血虚,机体失濡是SS-ILD早期重要的发病机理;津亏血虚,燥热内生是SS-ILD病情进展的主要病理环节;津失输布,阴虚血燥,瘀血内生是SS-ILD发展的主要因素,为临床诊治SS-ILD提供理论依据。

By surveying the theory of"body fluid and blood sharing the same origin"from the source of body fluid and blood,the paper discusses the correlation between the theory and sjogren's syndrome-interstitial lung disease(SS-ILD),the depletion of body fluid and blood deficiency,loss of nourishment in human body is the important pathogenesis at the early stage;the depletion of body fluid and blood deficiency,endogenous drynessheat is the important pathological link in the progression of SS-ILD;body fluid failing in transportation,yin deficiency and blood dryness,endogenous blood stasis is the main factor in the development of SS-ILD,which could produce theoretical references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of SS-ILD.
