摘要
从古今医家对卒中后抑郁的认识入手,阐述了中药调控单胺类神经递质来治疗卒中后抑郁的的研究进展。认为中药可通过调控单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺、多巴胺和去甲肾上腺系统来改善卒中后抑郁患者的症状,提高患者的生存质量。为中药治疗卒中后抑郁提供了临床依据。
In the paper,we reviewed the research progress of TCM treatment of post-stroke depression(PSD)by regulating monoamine neurotransmitter starting with the ancient and modern doctors'understanding of PSD.Traditional Chinese medicine could improve PSD patients'symptoms and the survival quality by regulating monoamine neurotransmitter 5-HT,dopamine and noradrenal system,providing clinical basis for TCM therapy of PSD.
