IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷、Cera-mage聚合瓷、金合金3种嵌体在后牙牙体大面积缺损修复中的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of IPS Empress II Cast Porcelain,Cera-mage Polymer Porcelain,and Gold Alloy Inlays in Repair of Large-Area Defects in Posterior Teeth

目的:探讨IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷、Cera-mage聚合瓷、金合金3种嵌体在后牙牙体大面积缺损修复中的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2019年1月北京大学首钢医院口腔科收治的160例后牙牙体大面积缺损患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察1组、2组、3组及对照组,各40例。观察1组实施IPS EmpressⅡ铸瓷嵌体修复,观察2组实施Cera-mage聚合瓷嵌体修复,观察3组实施金合金嵌体修复治疗,对照组实施复合树脂直接填充修复,比较四组临床疗效、修复效果。结果:观察1组、2组、3组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且观察2组、3组治疗总有效率高于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察1组、2组、3组的颜色、完整度、牙龈反应、密合度、继发龋、形态评分高于对照组,且观察2组、3组的颜色、完整度、牙龈反应、密合度、继发龋、形态评分高于观察1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:嵌体在后牙牙体大面积缺损修复中效果理想,且金合金、Cera-mage聚合瓷嵌体修复效果更佳。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of IPS Empress II cast porcelain,Cera-mage polymer porcelain,and gold alloy inlays in repairing large-area defects in posterior teeth.Methods:A total of 160 patients with large-area defects in posterior teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology,shougang Hospital,Peking University from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group 1,observation group 2,observation group 3 and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group 1 was restored with IPS EmpressⅡcast porcelain inlays.The observation group 2 was restored with Cera-mage polymer porcelain inlays.The observation group 3 was restored with gold alloy inlays.The control group was restored by direct filling with composite resin.The clinical efficacy and repair effect were compared among the four groups.Results:The total effective effect in the observation groups 1,2 and 3 was higher than that in the control group,and the total effective effect in the observation groups 2 and 3 was higher than that in the observation group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of color,integrity,gingival response,fitness,secondary caries and morphology in the observation groups 1,2 and 3 were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of color,integrity,gingival response,fitness,secondary caries and morphology in the observation groups 2 and 3 were higher than those in the observation group 1,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The inlays can achieve ideal effect in the repair of large-area defects of posterior teeth,but the repair effect of gold alloy inlay and Cera-mage polymer porcelain inlay is better.
