红细胞分布宽度与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值对强直性脊柱炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Red Blood Cell Distribution Width and Neutrophil/Lymphocyte Ratio in Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:分析红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对强直性脊柱炎的诊断价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年7月济宁市兖州区人民医院收治的75例强直性脊柱炎患者作为观察组,另选取同期75例健康体检者作为对照组。观察组患者根据RDW、NLR水平分为RDW>13.2%组、RDW≤13.2%组及NLR>2.14组、NLR≤2.14组。两组均进行实验室指标检验。比较观察组与对照组、不同RDW组与NLR组实验室指标情况。结果:观察组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、RDW、NLR水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。RDW>13.2%组RDW和ESR水平均高于RDW≤13.2%组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);NLR>2.14组NLR和CRP水平均高于NLR≤2.14组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:在强直性脊柱炎诊断中可将RDW和NLR作为辅助指标,准确评估疾病活动度。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)in ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:From July 2021 to July 2022,75 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in People's Hospital of Yanzhou District of Jining City were selected as the observation group,and 75 healthy examination subjects during the same period were selected as the control group.According to the RDW and NLR levels,the patients in the observation group were divided into RDW>13.2%group,RDW≤13.2%group,NLR>2.14 group and NLR≤2.14 group.Laboratory index tests were performed in both groups.Laboratory indexes between observation group and control group,between different RDW groups,and between different NLR groups were compared.Results:The levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),RDW and NLR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).The RDW and ESR levels in the RDW>13.2%group were higher than those in the RDW≤13.2%group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).NLR and CRP levels in NLR>2.14 group were higher than those in NLR≤2.14 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis,RDW and NLR can be used as the auxiliary indicators to assess the disease activity accurately.
