“金课”背景下公安院校警察体育课程教学改革探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Police Physical Education in Public Security Colleges under the Background of“Gold Course”

在教育部高校“金课”建设背景下,警察体育课程教学面临诸多现实的制约因素,该研究通过对照“金课”建设标准,对公安院校警察体育课程教学中涉及教师、课程、教学质量监督、课外教学、场馆器材设施等内容进行分析,发现制约教学的因素有生师比严重不足,课程实战化欠缺,教学质量监督未落到实处,课外教学流于形式,场馆器材设施急需更新等,并针对现有的条件提出了相应的发展对策,以期为公安院校警察体育教学改革提供参考依据。

Under the background of the construction of"Gold Course"in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education,police PE teaching faces many practical constraints.This study analyzes the content of police PE teaching in public security colleges,such as teachers,courses,teaching quality supervision,extracurricular teaching,facilities and equipment,etc.by comparing the"Gold Course"construction standard,finds that factors restricting teaching include the serious shortage of student-teacher ratio,the lack of practical curriculum,the lack of teaching quality supervision,the formality of extracurricular teaching,and the urgent need to update equipment and facilities of venues,etc.,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures in view of existing conditions,in order to provide a reference basis for the police PE teaching reform in public security colleges.
