公安院校学生体质健康现状及分析——吉林警察学院为例

Current Situation and Analysis of Students'Physical Health in Public Security Colleges—Taking Jilin Police College as an Example

该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等,对吉林警察学院与吉林司法警官职业学院公安警察专业共800名学生的体质健康情况进行评价分析,并对各项研究结果实施逻辑推理。研究发现:学生体质健康情况达到一般水平,女生好于男生;男生1000m跑、女生800m跑平均成绩较高,但男生与女生的上下肢爆发能力较弱;男生超重与肥胖现象较为多见,体重偏轻的比例也比较高;女生超重、肥胖人数比较少,但体重过轻、偏轻的人数比较多。根据研究结果,建议体质健康训练运用模块教学方式,改变过去综合体质健康训练方式,优化体育课程考核制度,进而不断提高公安院校学生的体质健康水平,促进学生全面发展。

This paper used methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics,and logical analysis to evaluate and analyze physical health of a total of 800 students majoring in public security police in Jilin Police College and Jilin Justice Officer Academy,and implemented logical reasoning on each research result.The study found that students'physical health reached the general level and physical health of girls was better than that of boys,that the average performance of boys 1000-meter run and that of girls 800-meter run were higher,but the upper and lower limbs explosive ability of boys and girls was weak,and overweight and obesity in boys were more common and the proportion of underweight in boys was also higher,and that the number of overweight and obese girls was relatively small,but the number of severely underweight and underweight girls was relatively large.According to research results,it is suggested that the physical health training should use the module teaching method,change the past comprehensive physical health training method,and optimize the physical education curriculum assessment system,so as to continuously improve the students'physical health level in public security colleges and promote their all-round development.
