摘要
该研究选择厦门市集美区农村学校(后溪中学和上塘中学)共460名初中生为研究对象,利用文献资料法、测试法以及数理统计法对其进行BMI和FMS测试和分析。结果表明:学生在身体各部分的灵活性、力量和平衡测试中表现良好;综合性测试项目较差,主要体现在躯干稳定俯卧撑以及躯干旋转稳定性上,可见其核心力量以及整体身体平衡能力较差,在运动过程中学生会采用错误的运动方式加速肌肉代偿;体重的增加会对身体稳定性和灵活性产生一定的影响。最后该文对日常的体育教学和体育政策的制定提出了建议。
This study selected a total of 460 junior middle school students from rural schools in Jimei District,Xiamen City(Houxi Middle School and Shangtang Middle School)as research objects,and tested and analyzed the BMI and FMS by methods of literature,test and mathematical statistics.The results showed that students performed well in the tests of flexibility,strength and balance of various parts of the body,that comprehensive test items were poor,which mainly reflected in the stable push-ups of the trunk and the stability of the trunk rotation,it could be seen that its core strength and overall body balance ability were poor,and students would use the wrong movement mode to accelerate muscle compensation during exercise,and that weight gain could have a certain impact on the stability and flexibility of the body.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for daily PE teaching and the formulation of sports policies.
