品管圈活动在住院药房智能化麻精药品管理体系建设中的应用

Construction and Application of Intelligent Narcotic and Psychotropic Drug Management System in Inpatient Pharmacy

目的探讨课题达成型品管圈在住院药房智能化麻精药品管理体系中的应用效果。方法选定“住院药房智能化麻精药品管理体系建设”作为本次品管圈(QCC)活动主题,对麻精药品处方合格率,病区取药时间、满意度进行调查,按照品管圈手法进行计划、实施、制定对策并确认效果。结果开展品管圈活动后,取药时间显著降低,麻精药品处方合格率、病区满意度明显提高。品管圈目标达成率104.3%,进步率68.6%。结论QCC活动能够有效提高工作效率,提升药学服务质量。

OBJECTIVE Discuss the application effect of the project-achieved quality control circle in the intelligent management system of refined and anesthesia drugs in inpatient pharmacies.METHODS The theme of this QCC activity is“the construction of intelligent anesthetic drug management system in inpatient pharmacy”,to investigate the qualification rate of anesthetic drugs,the time of drug collection in the ward,and satisfaction,and to plan,implement,formulate countermeasures and confirm the results according to the practices of the QCC.RESULTS After the quality control circle activities were carried out,the time for taking medicines was significantly reduced,and the qualified rate of prescription of essence and anesthesia medicines and the satisfaction of wards were significantly improved.The target achievement rate of the quality control circle is 104.3%,and the progress rate is 68.6%.CONCLUSION QCC activities can effectively improve work efficiency and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services.
