喉癌组织中FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系

Relationship Between FBXW7 and SCC-Ag in Laryngeal Carcinoma Tissues and Clinicopathological Parameters and Prognosis

目的探讨喉癌组织中F框/WD-40域蛋白7(FBXW7)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法回顾性分析83例喉癌患者资料,比较患者癌组织及癌旁组织FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达阳性率;分析FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达与患者临床病理参数的关系;比较不同预后患者FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达的阳性率。结果患者癌组织FBXW7表达阳性率为22.89%,低于癌旁组织的90.36%;癌组织SCC-Ag表达阳性率为72.29%,高于癌旁组织的20.48%(P<0.05)。单因素分析显示,癌肿病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况与喉癌组织中FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达具有密切联系(P<0.05);随访6个月内预后良好患者癌组织FBXW7表达阳性率(29.63%)高于预后不良患者(10.34%),癌组织SCC-Ag表达阳性率(62.96%)低于预后不良患者(89.66%)(P<0.05)。结论喉癌组织中FBXW7表达阳性率明显降低,SCC-Ag阳性表达率显著升高。喉癌患者癌肿病理分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况均与其癌组织FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达关系密切,且癌组织FBXW7、SCC-Ag表达对患者预后情况有一定的提示作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between F box/WD-40 domain protein 7(FBXW7)and squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and clinicopathological parameters,prognosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 83 patients with laryngeal carcinoma.The positive expression rates of FBXW7 and SCC-Ag in carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were compared.The relationship between FBXW7,SCC-Ag and clinicopathological data was analyzed.The positive expression rates of FBXW7 and SCC-Ag in patients with different prognosis were compared.Results The positive expression rate of FBXW7 in carcinoma tissues was lower than that in para-carcinoma tissues(22.89%vs 90.36%),while positive expression rate of SCC-Ag was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues(72.29%vs 20.48%,P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that pathological staging,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis were closely related to the expressions of FBXW7 and SCC-Ag in laryngeal carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).Within 6 months of follow-up,positive expression rate of FBXW7 in patients with good prognosis was higher than that with poor prognosis(29.63%vs 10.34%),while positive expression rate of SCC-Ag was lower than that with poor prognosis(62.96%vs 89.66%,P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of FBXW7 is significantly decreased,while positive expression rate of SCC-Ag is significantly increased in laryngeal carcinoma tissues.The pathological staging,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis are closely related to expressions of FBXW7 and SCC-Ag.The expressions of FBXW7 and SCC-Ag in carcinoma tissues have certain hinting effect on prognosis.
