不同手术方式对非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Curative Effect of Different Surgical Methods in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的对比分析不同手术方式对非小细胞肺癌患者的疗效。方法选取100例NSCLC患者作为研究对象。根据手术方式的不同分为胸腔镜组(n=44)和传统组(n=56)。比较两组患者的手术情况及术前和术后2周的肺功能指标。结果两组患者淋巴结清扫数目比较差异不显著(P>0.05),两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、心肺并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组FVC、FEV1、MV和FEV 1/FVC比较差异均不显著(P>0.05)。术后2周两组患者的FVC、FEV1、MV和FEV 1/FVC均明显高于术前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与开胸手术相比,胸腔镜手术治疗NSCLC具有手术创伤小、恢复快、心肺并发症少等优点,可有效改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy of different surgical methods in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 100 patients with NSCLC were selected as subjects.They were divided into thoracoscopic group(n=44)and traditional group(n=56)according to different surgical methods.The operative status and lung function indexes before and 2 weeks after surgery were compared between the 2 groups.Results There was no significant difference in the number of lymph node dissection between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and cardiopulmonary complications between the 2 groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in FVC,FEV1,MV and FEV1/FVC between the 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05).FVC,FEV1,MV and FEV1/FVC in 2 groups were significantly higher than those before surgery 2 weeks after surgery,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with thoracotomy,thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of NSCLC has the advantages of less surgical trauma,faster recovery,less cardiopulmonary complications,and can effectively improve the lung function of patients.
