阳极网涂布上量天平称重测量系统分析与改进

摘要 测量系统是企业质量分析与改进的前提和基础。文章主要介绍了氯碱行业阳极网涂布上量所用天平称重测量系统的分析与改进。涂布上量是影响阳极网性能的关键指标,用天平称量涂布前后阳极网的质量,计算的差值即为涂布上量。该天平称重测量系统最大的挑战是阳极网基材既大且重,长2m,宽2m,重达10kg,而涂布上量仅为10g,公差为±0.5g。对天平称重做测量系统分析,%GageR&R为1.9%,满足小于10%的标准,但是%P/T高达160%,远远不能满足要求。经过对天平测量系统的人、机、料、法、环各个波动源的分析,找到影响波动的关键因子,并实施改进,最后%P/T降为23%,可以满足生产过程控制需要。 Measurement system is the premise and foundation of enterprise quality analysis and improvement.This paper mainly introduces the analysis and improvement of balance weighing system,for anodic screen coating in chlor-alkali industry.Coating quantity is the key factor that affects the performance of an anode net.A balance is used to measure the weight of an anode net before and after coating.The weight difference gives the coating quantity.The anode substrate is large and heavy,with dimensions of 2×2 m’(length×width)and a weight of 10 kg.In contrast,the coating only weighs 10+0.5 g.Therefore,it is a challenge to accurately determine the weight of the coating.In previous tests,%Gage R&R was 1.9%,meeting the requirement of less than 10%.However,%P/T was 160%,far from satisfactory.The main causes have been found and addressed,after analyzing the factors that affect the accuracy of the balance weighing system,such as operator,material,method and environment.Consequently,%P/T is reduced to 23%,which satisfies the requirement of production process control.
