丝素蛋白及其复合材料在医药领域的应用进展

摘要 丝素蛋白取材广泛,由α-螺旋与β-折叠构成3种晶型结构,具有良好的机械性能与低毒性,物化可塑性与生物相容性强,其复合材料可应用于医用辅料、药物传输、组织工程、传感材料等领域。综述了丝素蛋白及其复合材料在医用敷料、组织工程、药物传递等领域的应用进展,分析了丝素蛋白可用作药物包衣、微球、成膜、纳米纤维、支架等医用载体并可应用于人体组织工程修复与控制药物传递释放等领域。认为:丝素蛋白及其复合材料在医药领域有着广阔的应用前景。 Silk fibroin is widely sourced fromα-Helix andβ-Folded into three crystal structures,it has good mechanical properties and low toxicity,strong physical and chemical plasticity and biocompatibility.Its composite materials can be used in fields such as medical excipients,drug delivery,tissue engineering,and sensing materials.The application progress of silk fibroin and its composite materials in the fields of medical dressings,tissue engineering,drug delivery,and other fields are reviewed.The carrier form silk protein as drug coat-ing,microsphere,film formation,nanofiber and scaffold and human tissue engineering repair and drug delivery release is analyzed.It is be-lieved that silk fibroin and its composite materials have broad application prospects in the field of medicine.
