静电纺丝制备聚酰胺/石墨烯复合纤维

Preparation of polyamide/graphene composite fiber by electrospinning

摘要 利用静电纺丝方法制备聚酰胺(PA)/石墨烯(GO)复合纤维,研究了氧化石墨烯掺杂量、纺丝液质量分数、纺丝电压、纤维接受距离、推进速率等工艺参数对纤维形貌的影响。研究表明,最佳的纺丝工艺条件为:PA质量分数21%(1.5%GO)纺丝电压23.8kV,接受距离16cm,推进速率3.6mm/h。GO的掺杂会改善PA纤维的力学性能和抗紫外性能。当薄膜GO质量分数为1.5%时,其杨氏模量从5768MPa提高到8088MPa;薄膜GO质量分数为2%时,薄膜UPF值超过30,具有较好的抗紫外效果。 Polyamide(PA)/graphene(GO)composite fibers were prepared by electrospinning method.The effects of various factors including doping amount of GO,concentration of spinning solution,spinning voltage,fiber acceptance distance and propulsion rate on the fiber morphology were studied.The results show that the optimum spinning conditions are as follows:concentration of PA is 21%(1.5%CO),spinning voltage is 23.8 kV,acceptance distance is 16 cm,and propulsion rate is 3.6 mm/h.GO doping could improve the mechanical properties and UV resistance of PA fiber.When the content of GO is 1.5%,the young's modulus increases from 5768 MPa to 8088 MPa.When the GO content of the film is 2%,the UPF value of the film is over 30,and it has a good UV resistance.
