摘要
针对致热升温需求,制备了一种致热绷带,采用涂层处理将分散后的电气石整理到绷带上,以温升值为指标,探讨达到绷带合理范围内致热的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:当电气石质量分数为3%、聚丙烯酸酯质量分数为20%、烘干温度为100℃、烘干时间为20min时,制备的绷带升温有效且显著;整理后绷带的断裂强度无明显变化,顶破强度显著提高,透气性降低,透湿性明显提高。经过后整理,致热绷带依然具有良好的物理性能。
In order to meet the demand of heating up,a thermal bandage is prepared,and the dispersed tourmaline is finished onto a bandage by a coating treatment.The temperature rise value is used as an index to explore the optimum process condition for achieving heating within a reasonable range of the bandage.The experimental results show that when the tourmaline mass fraction is 3%,the polyacrylate mass fraction is 20%,and drying at 100℃ for 20 min,the prepared bandage is warm and effective,and the breaking strength of the bandage after finishing has no significantly change,the bursting strength has significantly improved,the air permeability has reduced,and the moisture permeability has significantly improved.So after-finishing,the thermal bandage still has good physical properties.
