安徽省部分医院住院医师总体幸福感调查

Investigation on the general well-being of standardized residency training of some hospitals in Anhui Province

目的 了解安徽省部分医院参加住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)住院医师的总体幸福感。方法 选取该省3家住培培训基地的651名住院医师作为调查对象,采用问卷法及总体幸福感量表,对纳入人员进行调查。结果 住院医师总体幸福感较低,其中男性平均为69.48分,女性平均为66.31分,均低于我国平均水平,总体幸福感得分在性别上差异显著,男性高于女性(P<0.05)。不同年级、专业的住院医师总体幸福感不同,其中一年级二年级得分显著高于三年级(P<0.01);外科类专业住院医师在总体幸福感总分、精力、对情感和行为的控制等因子得分显著高于内科、妇产科、全科等其他专业住院医师(P<0.01),内科、妇产科、全科等其他专业住院医师在松弛或紧张、对生活的满足和兴趣等因子上的得分显著高于外科专业(P<0.01)。结论 安徽省部分医院住院医师在工作学习阶段总体幸福感不高,心理健康问题比较突出,相关部门应高度重视,积极采取措施应对。

Objective To understand the general well-being of standardized residency training of some hospitals in Anhui Province.Methods 651 residents from three residential training bases in the province were selected as the subjects of the survey,and the survey was conducted with the questionnaire method and the General Well-being Scale(GWB).Results The general well-being of residents was relatively low,with the total average score of 69.48 for males and 66.31 for females,both lower than the level of China's norm.The general wellbeing score was significantly different between males and females(P<0.05).The reneral well-being of residents in different grades and majors was different,and the scores of grade one and grade two were significantly higher than that of grade three (P< 0 . 01 ).The scores of surgical residents were significantly higher than those of otherprofessional residents such as internal medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, general practice (P< 0 .01 ).Residentsof internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general practice and other specialties scored significantly higherthan those of surgery in terms of relaxation or tension, satisfaction and interest in life (P< 0 .01 ) Conclusion Thegeneral well-being of residents of some hospitals in Anhui Province is not high at the work and study stage, and themental health problems are relatively prominent. Relevant departments should attach great importance to it andactively take measures to deal with it.
