案例和问题教学法联合MDT在放射肿瘤科住培中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 随着医学发展与人才进步,对毕业后医学教育的要求越来越高。传统的讲授教学模式已不能满足临床教学的需要,案例和问题教学法(case and problem based learning,CPBL)作为一种新型教学方式,已在医学教育中逐渐应用。多学科协作诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)是诊治恶性肿瘤的新趋势,在临床上广泛应用。该文探讨CPBL和MDT相结合在放射肿瘤科临床教学中的应用及教学价值,并思考该教学模式在临床教学中面临的挑战,培养全面的医学人才。 With the development of medicine and the progress of talents,the requirements of medical postgraduate education are getting higher and higher.The traditional teaching mode does not meet the needs of clinical teaching.Case and problem based learning(CPBL)has been gradually applied in medical teaching as a new type of teaching.Multidiscipline Team(MDT)is a new trend in the treatment of malignant tumors,and is widely used in clinical practice.This paper mainly discusses the application mode and teaching value in the clinical teaching of radiation oncology,and thinks about the challenges facing the teaching mode in clinical teaching.Thus we advocate the CPBL combined with MDT in the standardized training of hospitalized physicians and cultivation of comprehensive medical talents.
