工业用地更新背景下北京旧工业建筑保护利用的回顾与展望

Review and Prospect of Conservation and Utilization of Old Industrial Buildings in Beijing Under the Background of Industrial Land Renewal

自1980年代工业企业搬迁开始,北京在工业用地更新和旧工业建筑保护利用方面走在了全国的前列。本文通过对北京工业用地更新与旧工业建筑保护利用发展历程的回顾,对其各发展阶段的特点、出现的问题及解决的方式进行了系统的梳理。又从保护、制度、理念、对象及实践等5个层面,总结了北京在旧工业建筑保护利用方面取得的成果,并结合当前存在的问题提出了对未来发展的建议和展望。

Since the relocation of industrial enterprises in the 1980s,Beijing has been the pioneer in terms of industrial land renewal and conservation and utilisation of old industrial buildings.This paper reviews the development process of industrial land renewal and the protection and utilization of old industrial buildings in Beijing,and systematically sorts out the characteristics,problems and solutions of each development stage.The paper summarizes the achievements made in the protection and utilization of old industrial buildings in Beijing from protection,system,concept,object and practice,and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for future development in connection with the existing problems.
