摘要
项目位于高密度的回迁住宅区中,根据各项规范,建设范围被消极地界定在一个长条形状内。本着将最不利条件转化为亮点的原则,南北两个立面以格子为母题设计,仿佛是巨大的玩具柜,空间变成各种穿插在构架之中的“大玩具”。走廊北侧3层通高的中庭是一个小型空中村落,儿童入园时就可以选择通过想象中的“小桥”“时空隧道”“太空船”到达班级。
The project is located in a high-density residential area.Taking into account daylight and sight distance from the surrounding buildings,as well as regulatory and planning conditions,the remaining buildable area has been defined as a long strip.Adhering to the principle of turning the most disadvantageous elements into design highlights,the north and south elevations were reimagined as a regular concrete frame-like a giant toy cabinet-with its spaces interspersed with a variety of"giant plug-in toys".
