摘要
北京某大学宿舍建于1988年,为一幢“内浇外砌”结构,外墙为普通烧结砖和水泥砂浆砌筑,内墙为钢筋混凝土墙。为了满足建筑的使用功能提高,对该结构进行改造加固。为了提高结构抗震性能,同时尽量减少内部加固工程量及配合建筑外立面飘窗改造,结构采用了后加混凝土围套构件对该结构进行加固。利用SAP2000软件建立空间三维模型针对加固前和加固后的结构进行了计算分析,通过计算分析可以发现:采用后加混凝土围套构件的加固方法可以大大提高了原砌体结构的抗震能力;不同地震水准作用下,后加混凝土构件均充分发挥了分担水平地震荷载和增加结构整体性的作用;后加混凝土围套的加固方法不仅提高了该结构的抗震性能,减少结构内部改造加固的工程量,而且与建筑功能提升完美结合。
The campus dormitory needed renovated is built in 1988.This building is an external masonry-internal concrete hybrid structure.The outer wall is built by brick and mortar and the internal wall is reinforce concrete wall.The building needes to be renovated and reinforced for the improving of building function.To improving the seismic performance,meeting the need of building function and decreasing of engineering amount,this building is renovated by the post-encircled concrete elements.The analysis model before and after renovation is established by SAP2000.Through the analysis results,the main conclusions are as follows:The seismic capability of the existing structure can be improved by the Post-encircled RC members;Under different intensity earthquakes,the post-encircled RC elements can share more horizontal earthquake action,and the integrity of the existing structure is increased;The post-encircled RC element and existing masonry structure has the excellent ability of cooperative work.The reinforcement method with post-encircled RC element is not only improving the seismic performance,but also decreasing the engineering amount.In the same time,it has a perfect combination of building function enhancement.
