选煤厂钢框架主厂房楼面异常振动诊治研究

摘要 对选煤厂钢框架主厂房楼面因振动筛和离心机工作引起的异常振动进行了实测,得到了设备振动特性参数、楼板竖向自振频率及控制测点的强迫振动响应幅值。建立主厂房钢框架结构有限元整体模型,进行了6种不同工况下简谐强迫振动数值计算。结合实测数据,详细分析了各标高楼面结构的垂直振动传递规律。实测及模拟分析结果表明:强迫共振是引起楼面异常振动的内在原因,各层楼面振动在层间的传递规律并不显著,主要以振动设备所在层对其本层楼面产生的振动响应为主。基于测试分析结果,提出将设备振源诱发的楼面强迫振动直接传递到地基基础的处理策略,对有操作空间的梁板适当采取提高构件刚度的方法。通过再次测试对处理后的结构振动响应进行了减振效果评价,总体效果良好。 The abnormal vibration of the steel frame main workshop floor of coal preparation plant caused by the operation of shale shaker and centrifuge is measured.The vibration characteristic parameters of the vibration equipment,the vertical natural vibration frequency of the floor and the forced vibration response amplitude of the control measuring point are obtained.The whole finite element model of steel frame structure is established,and the numerical calculation of simple harmonic forced vibration under six different working conditions is carried out.Combined with the measured data,the vertical vibration and transmission law of each standard high-rise floor structure are obtained.The results show that the forced resonance is the internal cause of the abnormal vibration of the floor,and the transfer law of the floor vibration in each floor is not significant,mainly the vibration response of the floor where the vibration equipment is located to its floor.Based on the test and analysis results,the treatment strategy of transferring the floor forced vibration induced by the equipment vibration source directly to the foundation is proposed,and the method of improving the rigidity of the beam and slab with operation space is properly adopted.Through the tests,the vibration response of the structure is evaluated,and the overall effect isgood.
