Analysis and suggestions on the quality of school uniform products

校服质量备受政府和消费者的关注。自GB/T 31888—2015《中小学生校服》实施以来,针对市场监督抽查和日常委托送检中发现的校服产品质量问题,结合多年企业关注、咨询的校服生产问题,总结了校服产品应关注的水洗尺寸变化率、洗后外观、标识、pH、耐光色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、起球等风险项目。对校服标准中的重要项目进行解读,并做出风险项目提示,给出了质量提升建议。

The quality of school uniforms has attracted much attention from both the government and consumers.Since the implementation of GB/T 31888—2015 School Uniforms for Primary and Secondary School Students,in view of the quality problems of school uniform products found in market supervision,random inspection,and daily entrusted inspec⁃tion,and in combination with the production problems of school uniforms that have been concerned and consulted by enter⁃prises for many years,the risk items that should be paid attention to for school uniform products are summarized,such as the change rate of washed size,appearance after washing,identification,pH,color fastness to light,color fastness to rub⁃bing,pilling,etc.The key components of the school uniform standards are interpreted,the high-risk items are suggested,and suggestions for quality improvement are provided.
