摘要
以聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)为聚合物基体,聚甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为疏水整理剂,疏水改性的纳米二氧化钛为疏水增强剂及抗紫外整理剂,并以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂制备纺丝前驱液,借助高压静电纺丝技术构筑防水透湿兼具防紫外线性的PU/PDMS纳米纤维膜。探究静电纺丝工艺参数对PU/PDMS防水透湿纤维膜的疏水性、透湿性能以及抗紫外性能等的影响。结果表明:静电纺丝电压为18 kV时,PU/PDMS纳米纤维膜表面与水接触角接近143°,抗紫外等级达到50+,纳米纤维膜热力学性能优异。同时纤维膜保持较好透湿性,此时纳米纤维膜性能较佳,可用于功能性纺织面料。
The spinning precursor solution was prepared with poly(carbamate)as polymer matrix,poly(methylsiloxane)(PDMS)as hydrophobic finishing agent,hydrophobic modified nano titanium dioxide as hydrophobic strengthening agent and anti-UV finishing agent,and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and tetrahydrofuran(THF)as solvents.A PU/PDMS nanofiber membrane with waterproof,moisture permeability and UV resistance was constructed by high voltage electrospinning technology.The effects of electrospinning process parameters on hydrophobicity,moisture permeability and UV resistance of PU/PDMS waterproof and moisture permeable fiber membrane were investigated.The results showed that when the electrospinning voltage was 18kV,the contact angle between PU/PDMS nanofiber membrane surface and water was close to 143°,the UV resistance level reached 50+,and the thermodynamic performance of the nanofiber membrane was excellent.At the same time,the fiber film maintained good moisture permeability,and the nanofiber film had better performance,which can be used for functional textile fabrics.
