Research progress on molecules related to complement mannose-binding lectin pathway in IgA nephropathy

摘要 IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy, IgAN)是一种自身免疫性疾病,发病机制复杂,学界广泛认为补体异常活化在IgAN的发生、发展中起重要作用。近年越来越多的研究证实,补体甘露糖结合凝集素(mannose-binding lectin, MBL)途径参与了IgAN的发生、发展。MBL、MBL相关丝氨酸蛋白酶(MBL-associated serine protease, MASP)等是MBL途径中的特征分子,该文对MBL、MASP等在肾脏组织、血液循环及尿液中的表达情况及意义进行综述,深入探究补体MBL途径相关分子在IgAN中的作用,以期拓宽IgAN疾病监测、预后判断及治疗的思路。 IgA nephropathy(IgAN)is an autoimmune disease of complex pathogenesis. It is widely believed that abnormal complement activation plays an important role in the development of IgAN. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed the involvement of the mannose-binding lectin(MBL) pathway in the development of IgAN. MBL and MBL-associated serine proteases(MASP) are the key molecules of the MBL pathway. This review summarizes the expression and significance of these molecules in renal tissues, blood circulation, and urine. The paper also explores the role of complement MBL pathway-related molecules in the development of IgAN, aiming to provide ideas for monitoring the pathogenesis, discovering new prognosis markers as well as developing new treatments for IgAN.
