摘要
随着社会与组织的不断发展,如何管控职场偏差行为是学界与商界长期关注的一个重要议题,传统观点主张组织采取宏观控制手段(如组织规则、惩罚程序等)来治理职场偏差行为,但忽略了微观控制手段的能动作用。职场“义警”作为一种典型的微观控制方式,通过监督和干预同事的偏差行为来实现对组织秩序与公平的维护。本文回顾相关文献,梳理职场“义警”的概念与内涵,从三个动机视角剖析职场“义警”的形成机理,并且基于社会控制理论探讨职场“义警”针对干预者、被干预者以及组织的不同作用效果。由于该领域的研究尚处于起步阶段,未来研究还需要对职场“义警”的测量工具、持续机制以及作用结果等方面进行深入探讨。
With the continuous development of society and organizations,how to control workplace deviant behavior has been an important issue of long-term concern in academic and business circles.Traditional views advocate that organizations adopt macro control measures(such as organizational rules,punishment procedures,etc.)to govern workplace deviant behavior,but ignore the dynamic role of micro control measures.As a typical micro-control method,workplace vigilantes supervise and intervene colleagues'deviant behaviors to maintain organizational order and fairness.Through a review of relevant literature,the positive role of workplace vigilantes in organizations is discussed.Since the research in this field is stil in its infancy,future studies need to further discuss the measuring tools,persistence mechanism and effect results of workplace vigilantes.
