摘要
反馈导向是一种个体特征,反映个体对反馈的整体接受度。随着工作中反馈越来越重要,反馈导向也越发受到组织管理领域实践者和研究者的关注。目前,关于反馈导向的研究取得了一定的进展,并呈加速上升趋势,但同时也存在着碎片化、分散化等问题。目前尚缺乏对现有文献的全面、科学、系统的梳理、总结和整合,这既不利于了解该领域的全貌及空白点,也制约了未来研究的推进。为此,本研究利用系统文献综述法,围绕(1)反馈导向的概念是如何提出和发展的,(2)反馈导向研究的理论视角有哪些,(3)反馈导向的前因、作用结果及机制、情境因素有哪些等问题对现有文献进行了系统梳理和总结。基于纵向绩效管理过程模型对现有研究进行了整合,构建了一个整体的研究分析框架,并基于此框架和中国情境对未来研究方向进行展望。
Feedback orientation is an individual characteristic that reflects an individual's overall acceptance of feedback.With feedback becoming increasingly important in the workplace,feedback orientation has received increasing attention from practitioners and researchers in the field of organisational management.The research in this area has made some progress with an upward trend.Yet there is also fragmentation,decentralization,and other problems.At present lack of comprehensive,scientific and systematic carding,summary and integration of existing research is not conducive to understanding the overall picture and blank of this area,plus restricts future research.Therefore,this article uses systematic literature review to focus on(1)How the concept of feedback orientation is proposed and developed,(2)What are the theoretical perspectives of feedback orientation,(3)What are the antecedents,effects,mechanisms,and situational factors of feedback orientation,which are systematically sorted out and summarized.Based on the longitudinal performance management process model,this article integrates the existing research and constructs analysis framework.Based on this framework,the future research direction is prospected.
