细胞凋亡在干燥综合征中的研究进展

Research progress of apoptosis in Sjogren’s syndrome

干燥综合征是由自身免疫系统异常激活所引发的结缔组织病变,病因不明,控制该疾病仍然是一项重大挑战。细胞凋亡在维持免疫微环境稳态中发挥着关键作用,是干燥综合征的重要发病机制。本文总结了干燥综合征中的细胞凋亡过程,从外分泌腺细胞和淋巴细胞出发,对凋亡的具体机制进行论述,并介绍了现有干预手段,启发今后的研究方向。

Sjögren’s syndrome is a connective tissue lesion caused by the activation of the autoimmune system.The etiology is unknown,and the control of this disease remains a major challenge.Apoptosis plays a key role in maintaining immune microenvironment homeostasis and it is an important pathogenesis of Sjögren’s syndrome.This paper summarizes the process of apoptosis in Sjögren’s syndrome,discusses the specific mechanism of apoptosis from the exocrine gland cells and lymphocytes,and introduces the existing intervention methods,which will inspire future research directions.
