摘要
推进数字教材应用是推动教育数字化转型的重要措施。基于国内外文献数据库近十年收录的34项高质量实证研究文献的系统综述发现:数字教材可用性研究在时空分布上呈现周期性回落、波动性变化特点;相关研究主要分布在信息技术、教育学和图书情报类期刊上,中国学者是研究的主要群体;研究对象以大学生为主,研究情境涉及设备相关性和设备无关性两方面;研究方法以调查研究为主,较少采用实验研究法和混合研究法;研究内容聚焦于数字教材应用研究和评价研究,国内在设计研究和理论研究方面比较欠缺。研究基于数字教材可用性要素分析,归纳出效率、满意度、有效性、可学习性和可访问性5种可用性因素及13种可用性属性,并建构出包含功能层、感知层和特征层的数字教材可用性体系框架,为数字教材的开发与应用提供理论与实践参考。
Promoting the application of digital textbooks is an important measure to promote the digital transformation of education.A systematic review of 34 high-quality empirical studies based on domestic and foreign literature databases shows that(1)the research on the availability of digital textbooks presents the characteristics of periodic decline and fluctuation in the spatial and temporal distribution,(2)the relevant researches are mainly distributed in information technology,education and library and information journals,and Chinese scholars are the main group of researches,(3)the research objects are mainly college students,and the research situation involves two aspects:equipment correlation and equipment independence,(4)the research methods are mainly investigation,less experimental research and mixed research,(5)the research content focuses on the application research and evaluation research of digital textbooks,but there is a lack of design research and theoretical research in China.Based on the analysis of the factors of the availability of digital textbooks,the paper concludes five usability factors,namely efficiency,satisfaction,effectiveness,learnability and accessibility,and 13 usability attributes,and constructs a framework of the factors of the availability of digital textbooks,including the feature layer,the perception layer and the functional layer.
