酸性环境下高强度油套管钢氢损伤行为研究

摘要 目的为合理选择超深含硫气井油套管材质,找到了酸性环境下氢对高强度油套管钢拉伸性能的损伤规律。方法通过电化学充氢实验、MTS拉伸测试及断口微观形貌分析,研究3种高强度钢材的氢损伤行为,首先对材料的基本理化性能进行分析,然后采用恒电流仪进行充氢实验,最后通过MTS拉伸测试和断口形貌分析,判断充氢对钢材的拉伸力学性能的影响。结果充氢后,3种钢材的拉伸力学性能均出现了明显降低,表明3种钢材均发生了塑性损伤,且钢材强度越大,降低幅度越大,表明材料的氢脆敏感性越强,材料的抗氢损伤性能越低。结论采用的高强度钢氢损伤评价方法可为酸性环境下油井管材适用性评价提供技术借鉴。 Objective To investigate the effects of hydrogen charging on the hydrogen damage behavior of tubes in sour gas environment,the tensile mechanical properties of three high-strength steels before and after hydrogen charging should be evaluated.Methods The hydrogen damage behavior of the three high-strength steels was investigated by electrochemical hydrogen charging experiments,MTS tensile testing and fracture microscopic morphological analysis.Results The results showed that the tensile mechanical properties of the three steels were significantly reduced after hydrogen charging,indicating that plastic damage occurred in all three steels,and the greater the strength of the steel,the greater the reduction;and the stronger the hydrogen embrittlement of material,the lower the hydrogen damage resistance of material.Conclusion The hydrogen damage evaluation method for high-strength steel used in this article can provide a technical reference for evaluating the suitability of oil well pipes in sour gas environment.
