摘要 高职院校教师教学创新团队是职业教育提质培优建设的软实力。通过分析高职院校教师教学创新团队的内涵、特征和素质结构,针对目前教师教学创新团队建设存在的结构不合理、质量不理想、发展不均衡等现实困境,提出需要从制度环境、团队结构、运行过程、评价体系等向度进行改革,推动提质培优行动计划的顺利实施。 The teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges is the soft power for the construction of quality improvement and optimization of vocational education.By analyzing the connotation,characteristics and quality structure of teachers′teaching innovation teams in higher vocational colleges,aiming at the problems such as unreasonable structure,unsatisfactory quality and unbalanced development in the construction of teaching innovation teams,it proposes that changes should be made from the institutional environment,team structure,operation process and evaluation system to promote the smooth implementation of the action plan for quality improvement and optimization.
