摘要
为凸显新车型个性化,现场以返修区加工方式导入双色车,通过大量检讨识别出遮蔽材料气泡、印痕及胶残留等问题,并分析了分界线渗色、锯齿等典型不良,进而分别提出针对性施策。同时,研究了尾门流水槽部位密封胶及其主色漆膜与双色的匹配性,明确主色采用外装喷涂方式能够规避双色后油漆开裂风险。此外,还对双色前与双色后打磨破漆的修补方案、不重涂前提下的修补风险点、双色式样规划等给出相关建议。
In order to highlight individuality of new models,the two-tone process was introduced in painting workshop in form of repair mode.Firstly,the problems of masking materials such as small bubbles,mark-line and tape residue during the project period were identified,the boundary line bleeding and saw-tooth chips were analyzed,and then the targeted solutions systematically were pointed out.Secondly,the compatibility between two-tone film and original film covering sealer was researched because the rain gutter of tail-gate needs to spray the second color,and the result showed that the crack risk of paint film would be removed when it was sprayed as exterior area.Finally,the professional repair methods for paint film destruction were offered,as well as some suggestions for repair risk point and spray pattern design.
