人类命运共同体视域下奥林匹克新格言的践行路径探索

Exploration of the Path to Practice the New Olympic Motto from the Perspective of a Community with a Shared Future of Mankind

国际奥委会第138次全会将"更团结"写入奥林匹克格言,凸显了"团结"精神在奥林匹克运动中的作用。以逻辑分析法和文献资料法研读奥林匹克文献,梳理人类命运共同体理念的逻辑脉络。发现人类命运共同体理念与奥林匹克新格言在价值追求上都注重包容文化多样性、强调和平重要性、倡导交流平等性。但是由于面临着世界格局多极化、新冠疫情扩大化、体育社会问题复杂化等问题,今天的奥林匹克运动"团结"功能的发挥受到层层阻碍。为破除困境,在人类命运共同体理念引导下,促进奥林匹克大家庭"更团结"需要国际组织打破机械团结,实现多元化和非西方化;世界各国共同抗疫,推动全球经济复苏,发挥体育社会价值;各体育主体重拾体育本质,营造和平、干净、公平的体育环境。

The 138th plenary session of the International Olympic Committee included"Together"into the Olympic motto,high-lighting the role of the"solidarity"spirit in the Olympic movement.This paper studies the Olympic literature with the method of documentary materials and logical analysis,and sorts out the logic context of a community with a shared future of mankind.Founding that the community with a shared future of mankind and the new Olympic motto both focus on inclusive cultural diversi-ty,emphasizing the importance of peace,and advocating equality in exchanges in the pursuit of values.However,due to the multi-polarization of the world pattern,the expansion of the new crown epidemic,and the complication of sports and social issues,to-day's Olympic movement's"solidarity"function has been hindered at various levels.In order to overcome the predicament,under the guidance of the concept of a community with a shared future of mankind,to promote the"Together"of the Olympic family re-quires international organizations to break the mechanical unity and achieve diversification and non-Westernization;all countries in the world fight against the epidemic together,and promote the global economic recovery to give full play to the social value of sports;all sports entities regain the essence of sports and create a peaceful,clean and fair sports environment.
