超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合强脉冲光治疗痤疮红色瘢痕的临床研究

Study of ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser combined with intensive pulsed light in the treatment of red acne scars

目的探讨超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合强脉冲光(IPL)治疗痤疮红色瘢痕的临床效果。方法抽取2019年1月至2021年12月河南省直第三人民医院收治的痤疮红色瘢痕患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组55例。对照组采用超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用IPL治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后红色瘢痕改善情况[痤疮瘢痕临床评分量表(ECCA)评分、温哥华瘢痕评估量表(VSS)评分]及不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率(89.09%,49/55)高于对照组(67.27%,37/55),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组ECCA评分[(15.06±1.37)分]、VSS评分[(5.32±0.48)分]均低于对照组[(21.54±2.08)、(6.19±0.59)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(5.45%,3/55)与对照组(9.09%,5/55)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超脉冲CO_(2)点阵激光联合IPL治疗痤疮红色瘢痕效果显著,能有效减轻瘢痕程度,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser combined with intensive pulsed light(IPL)on red acne scars.Methods A total of 110 patients with red acne scars treated in Henan Provincial Third People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser,and the study group was treated by IPL based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,improvement of red scar before and after treatment assessed by Echelle d’Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d’acne(ECCA)and Vancouver scar rating scale(VSS),incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(89.09%,49/55)was higher than that of the control group(67.27%,37/55),P<0.05.After treatment,the ECCA score(15.06±1.37)and VSS score(5.32±0.48)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(21.54±2.08,6.19±0.59),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(5.45%,3/55)and the control group(9.09%,5/55),P>0.05.Conclusions Ultra-pulsed CO_(2) fractional laser combined with IPL is effective in the treatment of red acne scars,which can effectively reduce the degree of scar,without obvious adverse reaction.
