摘要
细胞色素P450s广泛存在于植物、动物和微生物中,对昆虫内源性物质的合成、代谢和对外源物质的解毒均发挥着重要作用,也与昆虫抗药性的产生密切相关。近年来,化学杀虫剂的过度使用严重威胁着天敌昆虫寄生蜂的生存,降低其作为生物防治剂的防治效果。昆虫耐药性的产生很大程度上依赖于细胞色素P450s对外源有毒物质的代谢作用,因此,对寄生蜂P450s基因进行鉴定和进化分析,了解其介导的抗药性机制,对指导新型农药的开发、通过基因编辑的方法改造寄生蜂P450s基因以增强其对化学药剂的耐受性等,均具有重要研究意义和应用价值。
Cytochrome P450s,widely found in plants,animals and microorganisms,play an impor⁃tant role in synthesis,metabolism of hormones and detoxification of exogenous substance in insects.They are also closely related to the development of insecticide resistance.In recent years,the indis⁃criminate use of insecticides has seriously threatened the existence of parasitoids,and weakened the effect of parasitoids as biological control agents.The generation of drug resistance of insects depends on the metabolism of cytochrome P450s to exogenous toxic substances to a great extent.Therefore,the identification and evolutionary analysis of the P450s genes of parasitoids are carried out to clarify the mechanism of drug resistance mediated by these genes,hoping to provide theoretical and techni⁃cal support for the development of new pesticides and modify the key P450s genes of parasitoids by gene editing to enhance their tolerance to insecticides.
