摘要
近年来,人们对身体健康的日益重视促进了运动App市场的蓬勃发展。本文基于劝导理论及FBM行为模型,选取了市面上三款主要运动App的个性计划模块进行对比分析,根据分析结果从用户运动动机、用户运动能力、用户运动兴趣触发三方面总结了运动App的交互设计策略,以期为运动App的优化设计提供参考。
In recent years,people's increasing attention to physical health has promoted the booming development of the fitness app market.Based on persuasion theory and FBM model,this paper selects the personalized exercise plan module of three major fitness apps on the market for design comparison and analysis,summarizes the interaction design strategies of fitness apps in terms of user exercise motivation,user exercise ability and user exercise interest triggers based on the analysis results,hoping to provide reference for the optimal design of fitness apps.
