基于复合熔盐和液态金属制备片状α氧化铝的研究

摘要 以氢氧化铝为原料,以氯化钾、氯化钠和氟化铝复合熔盐为反应介质,分别研究了焙烧温度和保温时间对氧化铝产物的形貌和晶型的影响,在焙烧温度为800℃,保温时间为60 min条件下,制备出片状α氧化铝。为了解决熔盐法制备氧化铝过程中产物容易和坩埚烧结在一起,不易取出的问题,在上述实验结果的基础上,以液态铋锡共晶体和铋锡铝合金为反应基底,研究反应基底不同对氧化铝产物成分、形貌和晶型的影响。结果显示,当采用反应基底为液态铋锡铝合金时,产物为纯的片状α氧化铝,且易于从坩埚中取出。 In this paper,the flake alpha alumina was prepared with aluminium hydroxide as raw material,mixed molten salt of potassium chloride,sodium chloride and aluminium fluoride as reaction medium.Furthermore,the influences of calcining temperature and holding time on the flaky morphologyand crystal texture of alumina were studied respectively.The results showed that the flakeα-Al,O,with good dispersibility was obtained by calcining at 800℃for 60 minutes.In order to solve the problem that the product is easy to be sintered together with the crucible during the preparation by molten salt method,on the basis of the above experimental results,alumina was prepared with liquid BiSn eutectics and BiSnAl alloy as reaction substrates,and the influences of different reaction substrates on the composition,morphology and crystal texture of alumina were studied.The results showed that the product was flakeαalumina and was easy to be removed from the crucible when the reaction substrate was liquid BiSnAl alloy.
